CANCELLATIONS | NO SHOWS
All services are by appointment only, and reserved by a credit card. I’m sorry, no exceptions. If you are unable to provide a credit card to reserve your appointment we can keep a pre-paid Ruiz gift card on file for you to reserve future bookings.
Please allow 24 hours for cancellation and rescheduling requests. If you cancel with less notice or simply do not show for your appointment, the service(s) will be finalized to your card on file if we are unable to fill the appointment you are not using.
LATE TO APPOINTMENT
Please understand that every effort will be made to still deliver the service. However, appointments may have to be rescheduled or shortened. We request at least a 24-hour notice in the event of a cancellation, as we may be able to accommodate another guest. Cancellation policy applies.
SERVICE & PRODUCT – REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Hair Services are not refundable. Please let us know if we need to adjust a service at the time it is completed and we will work to get it just right for you. We guarantee our services. You have 14 days to contact us for an adjustment and we’ll be happy to get you back in immediately.
Unfortunately once a service is provided, it cannot be refunded. All service sales are final.
If you are unhappy with your service and opt to visit another salon to have it adjusted or cut or color it yourself, I’m sorry but our service guarantee will be null and void. Please let us know immediately and we’ll work out a solution for you.
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for Aveda products when accompanied by a receipt. All jewelry sales are final and professional equipment is covered by manufacturer’s warranties.
GIFT CARD POLICY
Gift cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Ruiz Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
