Any changes you need to make to your scheduled appointments require a 24-hour notice for change or cancellation.

Appointments canceled or no showed within 24 hours are automatically billed to your card on file at the full booked rate.

Please allow 24 hours for cancellation and rescheduling requests.

We want you to love your look, so we offer a fourteen-day adjustment period.

For color bookings, your preferred appointment time may need to be adjusted to allow for your blowdry. If this is the case, we will reach out to you immediately for available times to ensure that time works for you and it’s on our books as a confirmed appointment.
