A Ruiz Salon experience comes complete with many complimentary service enhancements: stress-relieving shampoo, refreshing quick cleanse facial (men) and a stress-relieving hand treatment.

What to know about your visit

All services must be reserved by a credit card. Any changes to appointments require a 24-hour notice of change or cancellation. Appointments canceled after this window are billed at the booked rate.

In order to continue to provide our elevated salon experience, we are replacing our previous $5 administrative fee with a 3% convenience fee to each salon ticket. This convenience fee is different from the administrative fee and it is optional for each guest. If you choose to pay by check or cash for your services, the 3% fee will be discounted from your ticket. (Please note: in most cases this 3% fee will be less than the $5 administrative fee previously charged.)

For your first time receiving hair color with a Ruiz Color Specialist, please be prepared to arrive for a separate color consultation scheduled on a separate day and time from your actual color appointment. This consultation can be scheduled in-person or virtually via Zoom.

Please note: All services are by appointment only and reserved by a credit card. Please allow 24 hours for cancellation and rescheduling requests. We are happy to accept product returns and exchanges when accompanied by a receipt.
