The day before your appointment you will Receive a Text from your salon location giving you details on how to arrive and check in for your appointment, where to wait etc…. In addition you will receive a link to a Digital Waiver form that you must fill out in advance of your arrival for your appointment. We will be verifying your waiver at check in as it will be a requirement to receive a service.
DOWNLOAD the Pocket Salon App from your App store. This will be needed for your Check In and Check Out Process plus offers great features for booking appointments straight from the App as well as looking at your Service and Product History.
All team members and Guests MUST WEAR MASKS. No Exceptions. We can provide you one if needed.
When you arrive to your salon location and park…please pull out your Pocket Salon App and go ahead and Check In via your App. This will alert our guest care team that you have arrived. Please wait in your car and we will text you when you can come into the salon for your service. Due to the state requirements of one customer per stylist we cannot have additional customers in the salon waiting for services.
Please come to your appointment alone. No additional guests or children are allowed with your during your appointment as we cannot offer a waiting room.
No one with a fever will be allowed to receive a service. Temperature checks will be taken upon check-in at a distance. Anyone with a Temperature over 100 degrees will not be allowed in the space.
Please, no large handbags. Bring in only what you need and can fit in your lap.
We’ll greet you verbally – no hugs or handshakes.
Clients will be required to sanitize or wash their hands upon check-in.
We will not be offering beverages at this time.
Please wear a shirt or top that you can place a robe over during your service. Our changing rooms will be closed, however we will still offer you a robe or t-shirt to put over your own clothes to keep hair and product off of you during your service. All robes and t-shirts will be washed between uses...as always.
Hand massages and makeup touch-ups are suspended at this time.
Our stations will be spaced 6 feet apart to maintain required social distance between Guests.
No cash will be accepted. We gladly accept Credit Cards, Apple Pay, and or can process your payments with your card on file. Or you can use your Pocket Salon App to check out without touching anything except your phone!
